problem syncing with iCloud

Only just bought 1password from App store. When I try to set up syncing with iCloud, it says there is already data in iCloud. How can this be possible as this is the first time I have tried to set up syncing with iCloud. So now I can't use iCloud with your app. Any help or pointers appreciated.
Thanks

  • Hey @skywatcher! If 1Password reports that there's already data in iCloud, it may be from another device. Were you using 1Password on an iOS device previously? We don't want you to lose any data that may have been in there, so double-check before proceeding.

To remove 1Password from iCloud, simply click Help in the menu bar when 1Password is open, select Troubleshooting, and click Reset iCloud Data. It will ask you to confirm this choice by clicking Yes, Remove Remote Data. Once you do that, you're all set to configure iCloud sync again. If you have any questions about the removal process, please see our guide.

Hope that gets things moving! :)
