Hey @aceyducey! What Stephen_C posted is a good start for 1Password 3 on El Capitan. Right now, there are several issues with the legacy version of the app, and this is an important tidbit from the post:
Depending on the cause, a future update to El Capitan might resolve this or it may be permanent.
I checked into your account and it looks like you just purchased an upgrade to 1Password 5. Hopefully that's serving you well so far.
