1Password failed to connect to 1Password mini.
Followed the steps to reinstall, reboot, remove duplicates. Still not working. Also tried the terminal command "xattr -d -r -s com.apple.quarantine /Applications/1Password\ 5.app."

In that case it's going to be helpful to supply some basic information. Please tell us:
- Exactly what version of 1P for Mac you are using
- Your OS X version number

Hi @karl_g,
I'm sorry you're having trouble with 1Password! Does the error appear when you try to launch the main 1Password app?
As Stephen said, we'll need to know some more details about your setup. Now, if you're unable to launch 1Password, you won't be able to follow the usual steps to find the version number. In that case, please find the 1Password app on your Mac (which should normally be in the Applications folder), click once on it, then go to File > Get Info. The info window will also show the version number.
Thanks!

Hey @karl_g. Thanks for the update. I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.htmlThen attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
