How do I assign an item to a folder?

I can create items (credit cards, etc.) but how do I put (assign) an item into a folder?

Create folder, and drag your item(s) into that folder in the sidebar.

@sjwalt: Indeed, just keep in mind that, unlike tags, any given item can only be in a single folder, so if you change it, it will be 'moved' to the new folder. I hope this helps! :)
