It appears that there are three version of the extension running loose. The one on your web site, a very old one in the Safari Extension Gallery and a slightly newer one in the Gallery via Agilebits. Can you verify that this is true and what version should you be getting from the Gallery. Thanks

Good news, Apple has got their stuff together (sort of) and now you get version 4.4.0 only. So as of a couple of minutes ago they are only slightly behind. :-)

Sorry for the confusion about that! There should just be one version of the extension in the Safari Extensions Gallery. I haven't seen a second version there, but I'm glad to hear you're just seeing one now.
Also, I just checked a moment ago, and it looks like the Safari Extensions Gallery now has version 4.4.4 of the 1Password extension, which is the latest. If you have the gallery version installed, Safari should update that automatically for you.
