on my iphone 6s iCloud sync works with IOS9.0.2, but on OSX 10.10.5. It worked last week!?

to be clear, it doesn't work on OSX 10.10.5: there simply is no option that I can find. It DID work one or two weeks ago...

This almost sounds like you don't have an option for iCloud sync available. If that's the case, are you sure you're running the Mac App Store version of the app? You can check by clicking 1Password in the menu bar when the app is open and selecting About 1Password. Let us know which is the case and we'll go from there!
