1PW and Firefox no longer working; code signiture problem

Suddenly I'm getting the message "Firefox is connected but its code signature could not be verified".

I've just updated both Antimalware Home (premium) and Anti-exploit (premium trial). I had been using the regular Anti-exploit; would that make a difference?

I tried disabling both Malwarebytes applications (at the same time) and restarting 1PW Helper. So far nothing has helped. I've just generated a diagnostic report and I suspect you'll ask me to send it. Meanwhile I'm loathe to disable code protection so what to do?

Using Firefox 41.01; add-ons page shows 1PW without restriction. Interestingly, I thought I'd enable it for Internet Explorer (which I don't use often) but it's not there, even in disabled form. Odd.

1Password Version: 4.6.0.586

    False alarm!

Well now it's working. I think I didn't give the restart long enough to actually log off. Now I've gotten back on and it's working with all malware apps working too.

    Sorry to bother.

  • No worries! :)

Good to hear that Malwarebytes software still doesn't interfere with 1Password.
