i tried to download your free trial app and it does not work

    I'm sorry but you really need to provide a little more information than that in order that we can help you. I assume the version you have downloaded is 1P for Mac 5.3.2. What is your OX version number? What exactly happens when you try to launch 1Password? Do you receive any error message? If so, what exactly does it say?
