Please tell us exactly what version of 1P for Mac you are using (because, in order to give you the best answer, it's important to know whether you're using the Mac App Store version or the AgileBits store version).

    Hi @derf,

If the issue started after you updated to OS X 10.11 AKA El Capitan then this post might apply to you. If that doesn't please do let us know a bit more about your system as requested by Stephen_C and we'll take it from there

Thanks bobby....it did in fact start with 10.11.. i'm running 1P 5 for Mac and believe that it is AgileBits version.. difficult to tell since when I open 1P all I get is the beachball.

I attempted to enter the line referred to in the post you linked too in Terminal but the response is "command not found"

Am I doing something wrong? Deaf

    Hi @derf,

Sorry for the continued trouble! I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac so we can take a closer look at what's going on.

Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

  • Hey @derf! I just wanted to let you know that we have received your diagnostic report and will be getting back to you very soon. We'll keep the conversation going there. :)
