Will I have full access in locations where the internet is not available?
Business meetings can be anywhere in the world. Many locations have no internet at all. I must have full access to everything I have protected at all times so any system that relies upon the internet being available is useless to me.

1P does not rely on Internet access for you to be able to use it (only if you want to sync your 1P data to another device via wifi or the Cloud). Any time you have with you a device containing your 1P data you'll be able to access that data (so long as you remember your master password of course!). To be quite clear, all your 1P data is stored locally on your device(s). It never goes to the Cloud—unless you chose to sync it to another device via Dropbox or iCloud, of course.

@ken_edmonds Stephen is correct. 1Password stores its data locally on whatever device you have 1Password installed on, so it isn't dependent on having an Internet connection to be able to access your 1Password data. As Stephen mentioned, 1Password has the option to use either iCloud or Dropbox (depending on what version of 1Password you have) to sync data between local installations, but again, it doesn't depend on the cloud to access your data locally.

Thank you. I appreciate your full and clear explanation. This elevates 1Password in a big way and makes it a real contender.
