Passwords are on a Pages document. I put them in a folder in Dropbox and tried to sync to no avail

My passwords are on a Pages document on my MacBook Pro. I put them in a folder in Dropbox and went through the steps to sync them in 1Password. They did not sync. I also tried through ICloud and it didn't sync. Do I have to manually input all this information for websites? I am having trouble with 1Password and have read through the entire user guide. HELP!

    Hi @segadelli ,

You'll want to place your data in a tabular form, and save it in a format called CSV (comma separated values). You should use Numbers to do this. The guidelines to follow are outlined in Advanced import: creating CSV files.

@segadelli: Indeed. Sorry for the confusion! 1Password doesn't use Pages documents to store (or import) data. The best thing to do would be to create a CSV with the data as MrC suggested, which 1Password will be able to read to import your data. Please let us know how it turns out! :)
