Do I have to pay for 1password again since I synced from my iPad to PC.

I recently synced 1password from my iPad to my pc, I have Windows, I paid for the pro features when I installed it on my iPad. Am I going to have to pay to have the features on my PC. How can I get from the trial version to having purchased it.
