I have clicked a number of times to resend confirmation email and I don't receive and confirmation
I am having a number of problems with 1Password. I've asked questions and asked a number of times to resend confirmation email and I haven't received any reply. I purchased this program through the App Store. I NEED HELP and am not sure how to reach you. I'm having problems installing extensions in safari (I've tried the steps your directions suggested and none work). I am also having problems with syncing through Dropbox. I don't know how to reach you to resolve these issues and, like I said, I have asked for you to resend email confirmation and it never arrives. I AM FRUSTRATED and debating whether or not this program was worth the $29.99 cost.

Most issues are dealt with through the forums. If you give more information as to the issues, AgileBits staff or other users will reply.
If by confirmation email you mean an email confirming your purchase and giving a licence, the answer is that no licence is needed with a purchase from the App Store, and (since developers get no details about App Store purchases) the only confirmation would be an email from Apple giving purchase details. This seems in my experience to take several days to come through.

Thank you so much Laura. I did purchase 1Password through the App Store. All my devices are apple. I will send an email to support right now. I have finally figured out most of 1Password but would like to ask a few more questions that I didn't find in the users guide.
