Update unavailable with the Apple ID

App Store message says: This update is unavailable for the Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled.

I seem to remember some complications when I moved from the downloaded version to the App Store version. I do not remember what happened - maybe a refund?

In any case, what is the best way to upgrade and continue to use your fine product?

    @band - Unfortunately if you ask Apple to refund an app, they don't allow you to re-download or re-purchase. You can download our own AgileBits store version from here. I see you have a license for this version which you can have re-sent to you by entering your email address here.

    I am having this same issue. The update shows up but it won't recognize my AppleID. Am I able to download it through Agilebits?
