Can't load items from IOS
After fully installing 1Password can I go back and import from IOS... I cant get back to the New User?

This should be possible yes. So to correctly understand you have a copy of 1Password for iOS and you want to get the vault from it to your Mac that is running a combination of Mavericks and 1Password 4 for Mac. I have a couple of questions to see what the best route is.
- Which version of 1Password (iOS) are you running?
- Were you syncing before i.e. Dropbox or Wi-Fi Sync?
Between those two answers I'm confident we can find a way to repopulate or replace a vault on your Mac with the one on an iOS device.

yes but its been awhile.
I reinstalled my OSX and how all my data is gone it seems. Even after backing it up I though. So hence trying to get something back from my iPhone

Sorry, I should have clarified in my second question. How do you want to sync going forward. It may be you have existing sync data we can point 1Password to or maybe we have to start over but if we do it would make sense to set up the desired sync approach rather than waste your time by setting up the one you don't want to use. Sorry about that, but with that bit of information we will definitely get you up and running :smile:
