In addition to the information he asked for, can you also please let us know some more about the problem? Do you mean that you don't have a Login item in 1Password for that site, but when you sign in, 1Password doesn't offer to save a new Login item? If you can describe exactly what you're trying to do, the exact steps you're taking to do it, what you expect to happen, and what happens instead, we should have a much better idea of how to help you get things working again.
