Dear all,

quick question, why 1Password has a tiny line in the menu? It would look much more "Yosemite like" if you could get rid of it like it is made in Reeder, Tweetbot, Airmail etc. It would be nice as well to have a dark version of 1Password (menu only and optional with dark list as its in made in Reeder).

    Hi @gl0tzk0wski,

Thank you so much for your question & feedback!

why 1Password has a tiny line in the menu? It would look much more "Yosemite like" if you could get rid of it like it is made in Reeder, Tweetbot, Airmail etc.

From your screenshot, it looks like you have just one vault in 1Password. The line above the category list might make a little more sense when you have multiple vaults, because a drop-down list to select a vault appears below the red/yellow/green buttons, and above the categories. At that point, the dividing line matches the one under the Search field, so it looks a little better that way (to me, at least). I can see how it might seem a little out of place if you don't have multiple vaults, though. Either way, I can forward your feedback to our developers.

It would be nice as well to have a dark version of 1Password (menu only and optional with dark list as its in made in Reeder).

Again, I can let our developers know you'd like that. The intent was to match the visual style of the dark menu bar setting in Yosemite and El Capitan (i.e. menu bar items are dark, but regular windows are still light). To do the same for the main app, we would need to create "themes" like some other apps have done. That would take some additional work & resources, so I can't say for sure if/when we would add something like that, but I think it's definitely worth considering!

Thanks again, we appreciate it! If you need anything else, we're here for you. :)
