Issue with Firefox Plugin on Windows 10
Apologies if this belongs in another category.
I recently moved to Windows 10 (Enterprise LTS), fully patched. I am using the latest versions of 1Password, Firefox for Windows, and the Firefox plugin for 1Password. I run Sophos Antivirus (technically Sophos Endpoint Security and Control v 10.3).
I am having this problem: https://support.1password.com/invalid-code-signature-win/
Turning off on-access scanning fixes it (which would not have been possible if I were not IT), but I'm kind of unwilling to leave off on-access scanning. This is not a problem for me on Windows 7, all the same versions of everything else.
I note that you have some instructions up regarding Kaspersky, but did not see any regarding Sophos.
Ideas?
1Password Version: 4.6.0.586
Extension Version: 4.4.3
OS Version: Windows 10 Enterprise, 64bit

Hi @amypearlman,
We do, it's here: https://support.1password.com/configure-sophos/win.html
Try that and turn the code signature back on in 1Password, see if it will work now.
