Uninstalling old extension

Dear 1Password-support,

I keep getting the warning, that an old browser-extension of 1Password needs to be uninstalled. But in order to do that, the instructions want me to run the old 3 version of 1Password first. However, I don't have it anymore. I wiped it off my disk since long. What to do, please?

Best regards,

Thomas

  • Hey @Nextom. You can download 1Password 3 from this link. Once you've verified that your browser extension data has fully synced to the main app, and that your current version has all of your 1Password data, you can go ahead and remove the old 1Password 3 extension, and drag the 1Password 3 app to the trash.

I hope this helps! Let us know if you need further help. Thanks!
