I'm having trouble with my initiatl set-up - must have recorded master password incorrectly.
I've already tried following the directions in the user's manual to reset my account and start over, but it didn't work. I just need to start over as I must have recorded my password incorrectly (assuming I'm the problem and not the program). Help!!!

Hi @kimrimbey. Sorry to hear about your Master Password! I'll be happy to help you with starting over on your Mac:
Before we go too far, you should back up your existing data by selecting File > Backup from the menu bar. Then follow these steps to start over with a new vault:
1. Download the Data Reset Utility for 1Password 5
2. Double-click the ZIP file to decompress it (if your browser didn't do that for you automatically).
3. Control-click on the tool and select "Open" from the shortcut menu.
4. Follow the prompts, and 1Password should give you the chance to start with a new vault.That should do the trick! Let us know if you have further questions or problems. Thanks!
