I've forgotten my master password and cannot reset it
I've already installed 1Password and went to set up the master password. When I went to enter it for the first time, it was not recognized. I suppose I may have written it down wrong, but I doubt that's the case. I've tried twice to follow the instructions from the User's Guide to start over, with no success. Please call as soon as possible. Thank you!

Do I understand correctly that you just want to start over with a clean slate to use with a new master password?

Thanks for helping me out! I didn't realize it was public. ;-/ Since sending my plea for help, I was able to get in to start over according to the user's manual, so I'm good now. Not sure what the problem was, but the third time was the charm. Thank you!
