New account. How do I set up passwords?

    How far have you got? If you have never used 1PW before, there is a button at bottom right of the Welcome screen saying "Awesome. Let's get stated." Press that and you can proceed. It's easy to miss that. If you're stuck somewhere else, we need to know where you are stuck.

    I always feel the need to mention that you do not have an account. What you have is a program and a licence to use it. The difference is significant, as it means the data is entirely under your control. If you ever lose your master password then your data is gone, AgileBits have no access to your data and password and cannot reset the password. Some other password managers store the data on their own servers (and this is often referred to as an account) and can reset a lost password, but this makes them vulnerable to hacking.
