I bought the 1 password 5 for the Mac but keep being asked for a license. I can't find that record. How can this be resolved?

    I think this knowledge base article will help you:

    “Trial Expired” notice (Mac)

    (It includes a way of having your licence re-sent to you if you have mislaid it.)

    Incidentally, I'm assuming you bought 1P5.3 from the AgileBits store and not from the Mac App Store because the the Mac App Store version will never ask for a licence. If you did buy from the Mac App Store please let us know because in that case you have a different problem—probably two copies of 1P on your Mac—which will require a different solution.
