I started this program bout 2 months ago but never used it. The password does not work. Change it?
My password does not work so I have not been able to use the program for 2 months since downloading it.

It would be helpful if you would please tell us:
- What version of 1P for Mac you are using
- Your OS X version number
In the meantime, if you've nothing of value saved in 1P (which I assume is correct, from what you say) this knowledge base article will help you start over if you're using either 1P4 or 1P5:
How do I start over with an empty vault?
Please note the instructions differ depending on whether you use the Mac App Store version of 1P or the AgileBits store version. You can find out exactly which version you have by following the instructions in the first link in this post of mine.

Hey @bcs_bf! I'm so sorry to hear you've been having trouble with 1Password for so long. Could you give us a bit more info, as Stephen_C mentioned? If you simply don't remember your Master Password and need to start over with a new vault, feel free to follow the article he mentioned as well. We cannot reset your Master Password for you. If your password was working but suddenly stopped, let us know what happened between when it was working and when it stopped.
