I bought App Store version.1Password program is 'damaged'. To download I have to pay again!
I had been opening 1Password earlier today. All was OK until I receive a message, when accessing my 1Password app again, signing into my Apple I.D. (which I had changed using 1Password) that the Mac version of 1Password was 'damaged'. I get the message to delete the program and to re-download it again. But to do that, I see that I have to pay for the app as if I had never paid for it before!!! I have no idea why or how my program got 'damaged'. I had been trying to update my OSX to El Capitan but to do that I had to access 1Password (which is now 'damaged'). In any case, it is unreasonable that the App Store does not automatically see that I have already purchased this app!!! This is causing a ton of frustration and loss of time. I have been trying to access my purchased apps, without success, for my mac.

What is strange is that the mini-1Password seems to be working but the 1Password on my iPhone can no long sync via iCloud to the 1Password on my mac.

The issue has been solved! I found 1Password among my "purchased" items from the App Store for Mac. The update seems to be running ok.

Hi @JohnWr,
I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you've had updating 1Password, and I apologize that we were not able to get to you in time to get it resolved. Thanks so much for taking the time to let us know that you're back up and running.
I hope that 1Password behaves perfectly for you from now on, but if you have any other questions or concerns, we're here for you! :)
