refund? this is too complicated.
this is not as easy as it seems. submitting problems on simple bank websites thought it would be easier to sync with apple cloud keychain. then i changed my bank password to 12 random generated characters then 1password failed to save it. unless someone can call me and talk me through this I would prefer a refund. I hate sitting a computer all day. i don't want to "chat" online or read forums and install converters. this system seems like it is only viable for computer hackers. I'm not a computer idiot. I'm a freakin doctor and am 35years old and have used computers for a long time.

Where did you purchase 1Password - the Apple App Store, or the AgileBits web store? If from the Apple App Store, you'll have to request a refund through Apple, since AgileBits does not have any knowledge or information about the sale.

As a quick fix, could you open 1Password, unlock your vault, head to the Passwords category in the sidebar, and check for your bank login website in there? The app automatically saves all generated passwords in case something happens, so you should be able to grab it from there. We can chat more about this once you get back to us. ;)
