I still cannot launch 1P5 and I am locked out of all my passwords. Help!

My previous Question concerns this glitch of 1P5 on my Macbook 10.10.5. The error says I am running an extra app of 1P mini?????? I tried to Trash 1P5 and download another one from your site. It said there is no app to open the download.

I cannot use my passwords.

    Hey @drchili! Sorry you're having trouble getting 1Password to run after removing the duplicate copy. Could you try getting the latest version of the app from our downloads page and installing that by dragging it to your Applications folder? Let us know how that goes. :)
