I'm adding items using the full application and they are not reflected in the mini application. Removed and reinstalled. No help. Application says 5.4 (540046).

As 1P mini is merely a front end for the main app's database there are really only two reasons you might see something in the main app which you can't see in 1P mini:

    • the relevant item has the display field in the main app (which you'll see towards the bottom when you edit the item) to Never display in browser instead of Always; or
    • you have two separate copies of 1P on your Mac (which sometimes happens if you've downloaded and installed both the Mac App Store version and the AgileBits store version.

Do either of those ideas indicate a possible solution to your problem?

    Yes, the first.

My thinking was this would just control the in-browser plug-in, not the menubar app. So it seems for items that aren't relevant to a web page's credentials, we're still left configuring them to be listed in-browser so that we can easily reach them from the menubar mini app. Not perfect, but at least the mystery is solved. Thank you very much.

Sorry for the confusion! I'm glad that Stephen was able to help clear that up. It sounds like you should be all set, but be sure to reach out if you need anything else. Cheers! :)
