When I try to update my Mac version, I receive a message that there is no account with my email address.

    That does not sound like a 1Password error message. Please tell us:

    • What version of 1P for Mac you are using
    • From where you're trying to update (the Mac App Store or the AgileBits store)
    • The exact error message (please include a screen shot if you can: you can do that by using the last icon on the right above where you write your post).
