Is it possible to link items in shared vaults, instead of just copying or moving?

I'd like to "link" an item in shared vaults. For example, if I have a login item in my main vault and that item is in a shared vault as well, when I change the password for the login item in the main vault, it should automatically update in the shared vault. Any way to do this?

    I'm afraid you can't do that currently. What I do is:

    • tag shared items;
    • create a search which shows shared items which have changed within the past 30 days and save that as a smart folder.

    That means I can identify quickly, with a check from time to time, any shared items that have changed (so that I know to copy them to the shared vault).

    @Chicago_Joe: Indeed, it isn't possible to 'link' items between vaults. Each vault is a separate database, and they are not connected. After all, that's the purpose of having separate vaults in the first place: having separate, discrete (and perhaps discreet) data in them.

    Given that you have access to both vaults, can you tell me more about why you're trying to maintain the same data in both? I look forward to hearing back from you! :)
