1Password 5.4 on Mac 10.11 with high cpu usage

Hi, 1Password Team, I need your help.
I have updated my Mac OS to 10.11, and every time I open 1password app on mac, the cpu usage of 1password is over 300~400%.

I can do nothing when I open 1password, the Mac runs so slowly. Can you give me some advice?

    This could possibly be related to some sync problem. Do you sync your 1P data to any other device? If so, what sync method do you use?

    @KimiHuang Further to what Stephen asked, can you try restarting your Mac to see if it clears up the issue?
