I have 2 macs both running 1Password. They sync using icloud. I would like to be able to use the same on my Windows 10 laptop. I would like to be able to use the chrome plugin on Windows to use 1Password. Is it possible to share my logins/passwords across all 3 machines?

Think you need to use Dropbox to sync them across multiple devices.

@suep27 - iCloud sync can only be used in 1Password with Apple devices. You can read more about this here. As nd3r said you will need to use Dropbox. Here are the guides that will help you set this up -
