Running 3.8.22 on Mac OS 10.11. Recently tried to edit some logins (change password, add a note). When I click in the field, it all goes blank and I am unable to see what I'm typing.

    Hi @eddiet,

Please let me know if the posts that Stephen linked to have helped. If you have any further questions, we're here for you! :)

Thank you Stephen and Megan. Yes, Stephen's links did help. I have gone ahead and purchased 1password 5. So far, so good. By the way, it might be helpful to have had me automatically alerted to comments posted in response to my original posting. Or perhaps I missed this setting somewhere?

    Greetings @eddiet,

You should have received one when Megan mentioned your username and you should also get one from this message too. Those are the default settings. Is it possible they've been labelled as spam?

Should you have any questions regarding 1Password 5 please do let us know by the way

Thanks, littlebobbytables. I did get an alert when both Megan and you posted, but not when Stephen did. And Stephen is, after all, the person who gave me the links. I guess it's because he did not mention my username. Oh well . . . Thanks again, everyone.

    Hi @eddiet,

I believe that if you go to edit your profile here in the forum, you'll be able to edit the notification settings. There should be a box to check to receive emails when comments are added to your discussions. Let us know if you have trouble with that.

Otherwise, we're glad that you found the answer you needed here and that Stephen_C was able to help you out! Have a good one. :)

You are absolutely right, Vee. Thanks. I've already edited my profile to receive email notifications when someone comments on a discussion I'm involved in. Thanks again.
