1P not checking WordPress "Remember me" checkbox despite saved form field
The "Remember me" checkbox is not being checked for some of my WordPress logins, despite being saved as form data. Is this a know problem?
(Also, please please add the long-requested ability to update an existing login item, it is annoying have to create a new login item and deleting the old one (and copying comments etc) just because you forgot to check the checkbox initially.)

Hi @Adrian B,
Thanks for taking the time to write in! I've searched through our known issues and I don't see anything related to the issue that you mention, so let's do a bit of digging and see where things are getting tangled up.
Our first step in troubleshooting will be to Save a New Login Manually. Please do not update your existing Login but save a brand new version. Sometimes, websites make changes to the site behind the scenes that could affect the way your Login behaves. Saving a new version often gets that resolved.
If your brand new Login still doesn't behave correctly, please let me know the URL that you are using to log in so I can test things out on my end.
Thanks for your help in tracking this down!

FYI: There are some other recent posts about the Remember Me checkbox not being retained.

Megan: Yes, saving a new login indeed solved it. The previous login was only some months old so I didn't think that was the issue, but maybe a recent WordPress update changed something in the form.
Anyway, while saving a new login works, it is annoying. I have to copy/paste other fields one by one (like comments) and I loose all history of previous passwords. A way to update an existing login item would be so much better.
MrC: Yes, I've seen those posts, but I don't think any of those were about WordPress, so I decided to make my own.

Hello @Adrian B,
In 5.4 you can now tick or untick the remember me checkbox inside of the web form details which should allow you to avoid creating a brand new Login item as was previously required. Now it will only work if the web form details are correct for the actual login page - if the fields don't match we fall back on a more robust filling approach as a precautionary measure. I've just test it though and I can affect whether the checkbox is ticked or not just by editing the web form details.
If you use your new Wordpress Login item for testing you should hopefully find the same

Oh, that's true! I did actually try the tick/untick before, but since the form change under the hood nothing worked.
Anyway, this is great news since this solves my "Oh, I forgot the Remember Me checkbox" I did a test right now and it worked.
