Can I still use 1PW Anywhere while syncing to iCloud? How do I access it?
Where do I find the 1password.html file in iCloud?

You'll need to use Dropbox to access 1PasswordAnywhere. Have a look at this for a more complete discussion: Can I access 1Password while away from home/traveling?
There is a specific section about iCloud not working with it.

@Bopperick Hawkmoth is correct, 1PasswordAnywhere doesn't work with iCloud - it is a Dropbox only feature.

Actually, given that I assume more progress will be made toward moving people to the OPVault format, would it not be fair to say that 1PasswordAnywhere isn't really a supported feature? There has to be a point where you draw a line under the Agile Keychain format and as far as I'm aware the OPVault format doesn't support anything like 1PasswordAnywhere.

@admdly: Ouch. Yep. That's a typo. Sorry about that. :(
I'll leave that there for posterity so you don't look like the crazy person (that's me!), but here's what I meant to say:
@admdly: Indeed, 1PasswordAnywhere is not supported in OPVault; so if you'd like to use it, you'll need to use AgileKeychain format.
Again, I'm sorry for the migraine I may have just caused you... :(

Thanks all. Is there a way to find the 1PW sync file somewhere in iCloud? It doesn't appear in my iCloud Drive folder.

@Bopperick: No. 1Password doesn't use iCloud Drive. It uses Apple's CloudKit API to sync data, rather than writing to the filesystem. There are a number of technical reasons for this, but primarily it allows syncing with the mobile apps. However, if you are only syncing your 1Password data between computers, you could use Folder Sync to store the vault in iCloud Drive if you wish. I hope this helps! :)
