Dropbox Sync Not Working

I have a vault on Dropbox but my Mac (OS 10.9.5) is not syncing with my iPhone 6's vault. There is a login record on my Mac that is not displaying on my iPhone. I tried syncing but that still didn't help.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: OS 10.9.5
Sync Type: Dropbox

    Yes, thanks. Your articles helped solve my issue. It turns out on my Mac, my Dropbox icon was not running. Once I opened up the Dropbox app, it started syncing and I was able to see my new items on my iPhone. Thanks!
