Problems with Chinese Localization

Hi there!

I found some problems with the Chinese translation in 1P. Some of them may be confusing.

E.g., the "Empty Trash" function was mistranslated to "空出来垃圾桶", which is confusing and unnatural in Chinese. The correct translation should be "清空垃圾桶".

Also, some items were ignored and remain in English. E.g., the "Minimizer" under Windows tab hasn't been localized.
