Alphabetizing [Click on column "title" header to sort it alphabetically]

We have set up a folder directly under the section that lists (All, Unassigned, Trash). In this folder we have a list of contacts. We would like to alphabetize this list and are unable.

@nsealing - To list those items in that folder in alphabetical order click on the Title heading. Click once for ascending order. Click again for descending order.

Laura thanks - doesn't appear to be an option. The only thing that pops up is R-L reading, and Unicode controls. Could it be we have a trial version?
