    My down load folder is empty. I cannot find 1P anywhere. I am now locked out.
    Do you have screen share capability? I am 75 years old. Thanks

    Hey @drchili! Could you try downloading the app from our downloads page? It looks like you have a license associated with the email address you used to sign up here, so you should be all set to install the app and use that license. If you need to request it again, please use our licenses page. Let us know how everything goes! :)
