I have just updated to 5.4. When I run the application, I get an error saying "We've got a problem.
The system launched an incorrect version of IPassword mini." The application (eventually) launches but when I enter the password, nothing happens. However, the Chrome extension seems to work OK.
1Password Version: 5.4
Extension Version: 4.4.3.90
OS Version: OS X 10.10.5

If you could please tell us the full error message, including the path of the errant app, someone will tell you exactly how to eradicate the error. If you care to include a screen shot of the error message you can do that using the last icon about the box where you type your post.

Hi @systemerror,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password! Like Stephen says, it will be helpful to know the entire message of the error. It sounds like you might have more than one copy of 1Password installed on your system, which could confuse the operating system. The text of the error message will tell you where that extra copy is so that you can remove it.
Of course, if you'd like us to walk you through the process, please share the error message text and we'll talk you through it. :)
