Please give us a little bit more information in order that we can help you. When you say:
I am able to log onto my 1password vault using my iPad but not my iMac or iPhone5
do you mean your iMac and iPhone are not accepting your master password, or do you mean something else?
If you can explain exactly what's happening when you try to use 1Password on your iMac and iPhone someone will soon come along to help you.
When you post again please also tell us what version of 1Password for iOS you are using (I'm assuming it's the same one on both the iPad and the iPhone: if it isn't, please let us know).

I am sorry Stephen but this was my first post!
You are correct in that I am able to log on to 1Password using my iPad, but when attempting to log on using my iPhone or Mac the identical password is rejected.
I am using 1Password version 5.4 on OS version 10.10.5

No need to be sorry—it's fine and the additional information is useful, thanks.
Let me just check some more things with you:
- Have you recently changed your master password?
- I know it's difficult to check without access to 1P on some devices, but does it appear that your 1Password data has sync'd at some time between all your devices?
- Please confirm, just for clarity, that you're using the Mac App Store version of 1P5. (That must be so if you're using iCloud to sync, but I just want to be completely clear on the point.)
- Please tell us what version of 1Password for iOS you are using. (If you click on that link you'll find out how to discover the version information.)

Hi @sotogrotto,
Welcome to the forums! I'm sorry that you're having trouble with 1Password, but don't worry, we're here to help.
I have two further questions to the ones that Stephen has asked:
- Do you have any fancy characters in your password? Generally we recommend only using ASCII characters in your Master Password, as non-standard ones could cause complications.
- Have you used 1Password in the past and synced to iCloud? Perhaps 1Password is picking up some old data with a previous Master Password.

Good morning Megan.
I was away yesterday hence my delayed response.
Regarding your 2 questions:
1. No
2. No
Kind regards0 -
Hey @sotogrotto,
Megan is out today, so I'm just following up with you on this one. To confirm: You're not using iCloud sync? If so, how did you migrate your data to your Mac and iPhone? Did you set up separate vaults on those devices manually or did you import the data from somewhere else?
