Hi @bertsteele_mac,
I've removed your email address from the title of the post. I'm figuring you may not want it publicised and these are public forums. So I checked that email address and I found no purchased tied to it. I then checked the email address you registered with here in the forums and that revealed a purchase of 1Password 3 that was made within the period where we upgraded everybody to 1Password 4 and as 1Password 5 is a free update to all 1Password 5 users...
You should have an email from us with you password licence details. If you follow the steps it should download a licence file and 1Password should automatically add it and register your copy of 1Password 5 for Mac. If you have trouble and our page titled How do I add my license to 1Password? doesn't help please do let us know and we'll do our best to help :smile:
