My Mac came back from the Apple store repaired after water damage. The 1Password 5 is not working correctly. The auto fill and none of my passwords show up and credit card numbers do not populate when checking out online. Additionally, the mini password and the main one are different and not synced. The mini is not current and shows incorrect information while it seems the main one in the dock is fine. I had a backup in Dropbox so not sure how it synced or ??? How do i fix this.

1Password Version: 5.3.2
Extension Version: 4.4.3
OS Version: 10.10.5
Sync Type: Cloud - dropbox

    Hi @CJ123_,

If you're seeing inconsistent data in your vault I suspect that you may have two copies of 1Password on your Mac. If you try searching in Spotlight do you happen to see an application titled 1Password 5 and another titled 1Password? If this is the case it would suggest you originally purchased 1Password for Mac from Apple's Mac App Store but now happen to also have the AgileBits Store version. We'll wait to see if this is the case but if it is then we'll work with you to make sure the correct copy stays and does contain all of your information.

I do in fact have two copies: one says 1Password5 and the other says 1Password. And I do believe it is true that I recall purchasing another copy; I bought a new computer and for some reason or another couldn't download the first purchased copy and became impatient and probably bought a new copy. V5.1 was purchased from the App store.

    Hi @CJ123_,

That's good, we've found the source of the confusion. Now you just need to pick one app and delete the other(s). You have (at least) two separate vaults and two separate apps, but the vaults are not locked to the apps, so you can keep whichever vault you want and use it with whichever app you want.

The main consideration when deciding whether you'd like to keep the Mac App Store or AgileBits Store version of the app is that only the Mac App Store version is able to utilize iCloud sync. However, if you're fine with Dropbox, then it doesn't matter which version you use.

We can help you sort this out in detail if you send us a Diagnostics Report.

Please follow the instructions here to create a report, and when you get to step 7, attach the report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report, we'll be able to give you steps toward the quickest, easiest solution to get 1Password sorted out. Thanks in advance!
