You will need to go to the iTunes App Store and download 1Password for iOS. The licenses are provided per user and per platform. Since iOS is a different platform from OS X, you need to get the application separately for each.

The iOS version is free to download and use in its basic form. If you find you want or need the more advanced Pro features, you can activate them buy paying for an in-app purchase. Some users don't ever need more than the basic features.

Once you have the iOS version on you iPhone, you will have several choices available for syncing your data between your Mac and your iPhone. They include Dropbox or iCloud (but iCloud only if your Mac license cam from Apple through the Mac App Store), Wi-Fi or Folder sync.

As hawkmouth mentioned, you'll need to make sure that 1Password is installed on your iPhone as well before you can sync between it and your Macs.

Once you have 1Password installed on all of your devices, you can set up your preferred sync solution. Please be aware that the Mac App Store version of the app is required for iCloud syncing, so the version you downloaded from our site doesn't support iCloud. You still have the option of using Dropbox between all of your devices, or Wi-Fi between one of your Macs and your iPhone and folder sync between the Macs.
