    Please tell us:

If you're running 1P4 or 1P5 it's possible this AgileBits post may help...but it's difficult to be sure without some more information.

    Okk!...
I bought yesterday and download the app from your recommended link.

My system is: MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) - OSX 10.11 (15A284) El Capitan

1password version: 1password5, only one app present in the OSX apps.

    Start behavior:
Not start the app and wait for connection to 1password mini.

    Error message:
Unable to establish connection between 1Password and 1Password mini Restart 1Password.
If this does not help, contact support AgileBits.

    Best regards!

Did you try the solution suggested in the link in the last paragraph of my previous post?

There is a knowledge base article about that exact error:

Troubleshooting “1Password failed to connect to 1Password mini”

    Does that help?

  • Hi @xsimania. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password. I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:

    --Mac--
    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
