Can't get updated program to replace old one

I upgraded from an older version to 5.4.1. But the old version is the only one that shows up as an icon in the browser. I am using Chrome on a Mac Powerbook. How do I get rid of the old mini icon and get the mini of the upgraded edition to show up in the browser?

I do have the box checked in the preferences for the mini to show up in the browser.

If the "older version" from which you upgraded was in fact 1Password 3 take a look at this knowledge base article:

How do I upgrade 1Password for Mac from version 3?

I suspect the part that may be relevant for you is:

Step 1: Uninstall the browser extension(s)

If that's not the problem, when you post again please tell us the version number of 1Password you were previously using.
