I've purchased 1Password from your website accidentally and would like to move.....how?
I've purchased 1Password from your website accidentally and want to move now to the Mac App Store version because of the iCloud sync. How do I do that?

If the purchase was within the last thirty days you can get a refund.
If you purchased using the email address you used on the forum this is almost automatic. A staff member will either give you a refund directly or just ask you to confirm that is what you want.
If you used a different email address they will need more information from you.

It looks like we're in the latter position. I tried looking for the email address you registered with here in the forums but I couldn't find any record of a purchase. The best way forward is if you can email us from the address you used and if you send that email to support+licenses@agilebits.com along with a copy of what you wrote above and we'll get it all sorted out :smile:
Now I'm assuming you purchased recently and are well within the 30 day refund window. If this is correct I would recommend going ahead and purchasing the Mac App Store version as it's currently on sale and I'd hate for you to miss out on the better price. At the same time we can get your refund sorted out. Something else possibly worth doing is you'll get an automated reply from us with a ticket ID. If you were to post that here we'll be able to easily find your ticket and ensure it is seen to promptly.
