iClould sync problem

My English is not good. Sorry first.

My 1Password is Mac App Store version.

I'm using Dropbox now but want to go back to iCloud.

but my iCloud has old Vault and I don't remember the password.

so I can't unlock and merge vaults.

I tried to find and delete old vault in iCloud but failed.

My iCloud is empty. I don't see anything.

What can I do right now?
