I´ve been billed accidentally?

I just upgraded to MAC OS 10.11, I´ve owned my 1P license since Agile Bits began some years ago and I´ve also bought all the payed upgrades 1Password has asked. strangely enough when I run 1P with El Capitan, the App asked me to buy a license and I agreed hoping further the app will tell me that I already own a license, but in fact it billed me right away so my credit card was charged and no mail notification was sent to me nor new license obtained.
Will this transaction can be reversed?
