We paid for a family license, why do I need to pay again for upgrades? I was told that it was a one time license fee. Now I see that some features are not functioning well. It seems and feels these features are intentionally flawed so as to force user to upgrade!?

    Hi @RK63,

It's a one time fee for the major version you're using, it's not a lifetime free upgrades. You can still use your 1Password version forever but you won't get free upgrades forever to newer versions.

Note that the 1Password versions are also tailored to the OS X versions that it can support, certain future OS X upgrades may break features in 1Password. We'll try to fix it as much as we can but most of the time OS X upgrades are fairly stable that they don't break old apps.

Please let us know what issue you're having with 1Password on your Mac and we'll look into it.

  • Hi @RK63,

I've also split your posts from the other thread as it is not related to the Windows support and I've moved them to our Mac forum, so that our Mac team can help you quickly.
